I am very prone to ingrown hairs on my legs and under my arms. It doesn't seem to matter how much I exfoliate, they keep appearing. The ones under my arms are always very large and painful, usually requiring visits to my doctor and antibiotic treatment. I have decided maybe it would be best to get laser hair removal on my underarms to stop this from happening. Can anyone advise me what risks are involved and if it truly works to remove the hairs permanently.

Well if you go to a beauty therapist you could buy this cream for ingrown hairs. Laser do keep your hair of your mind but what does it really do. Burn the hair from top to roots, closing of the pore.It not the best but if your at a really bad state of hair problems then it maybe the this to use.
