Where/how do you advice other buyers in Singapore about bad property agents?

an agent who calls himself 'the serangoon garden specialist' placed numerous advertisements in today's classified section. the first time i called him, he hung up. so not knowing that it was the same number i called 2 more times at a later time regarding different houses (from different ads on different pages). when he finally answered the phone, he asked for my price range which i was obviously hesitant to commit to. he then said i was very 'fishy' and hung up the phone.


i don't know if he was being racist or just a snob coz he assumed i wouldn't be able to afford the house, but i felt his service was deplorable.


who can i complain to or how do i spread the word on this horrible service provider?Where/how do you advice other buyers in Singapore about bad property agents?
