Any advice about holiday to turkey?

Hi i am thinking of going to turkey on holiday next year . when is the best time to go and what area? I am not a sun worshiper or clubber but dont want anywhere too remote either.

I am active and like things like scuba diving etc. what do you think?Any advice about holiday to turkey?
There are many interesting Roman remains if you want history. We took a tour and saw lots of places. Capadocia is worth seeing for the weird rocks, habitable caves, and hot springs.Take some Euros, some tourist shops actually don't like Turkish lira %26amp; price goods in euros.

If you get a chance to see Dervishes doing their religious dance it is very impressive.Any advice about holiday to turkey?
Kusadasi used to be brilliant...avoid central Kusadasi at all costs and try book something around ladies beech, remembeer Turkey is like Marmite...you either love it or hate it...good luck sizzle sizzle
Istanbul is an incredible destination with so much history. However, the city is quite crowded in many areas. Be street smart ... pickpockets target tourists.
