I have tried to do a check on the website of RAC, they're telling me the





The VIN is not registered with the VRM supplied.





I think I maybe entering the engine number, how does the VIC look like?

The VIN is a 17 digit number seen from the drivers side through the windshield on a metal plate, it is also on the ';A'; pillar in most, open the front drivers door and look for a sticker there.

The VIC is usually found on the dash, you can usually see it through the windshield on the drivers side. It is 17-digits long.





You can also call the a local new car dealership for the car that your looking at and they would be able to tell you where to locate the VIN on your make and model.
