Girls like a guy who's dominant and acts like a man. Do that and you can be nice or mean or whatever. You can either accept this now, or let it sink in over years of denial and suffering, but either way you'll figure it out.
First of all does she have a bf?





If not then go ahead and let her know how you feel.


Dont be afraid, that way you will be letting her know that you are a guy full of determination....girls like that. Do it before you regret it and its too late.
