What are you going to produce?
I saw a small windmill which could be used at a residence to produce up to 5000 watts of electricity on a windy day.





The electronics were available but the wooden blades had to be made with precision to create high power with low noise.





It's like producing airplane propellers. They have to be strong and perfectly balanced.





If you can produce part of something, then an American company can add other components and take it to market.





I really don't know what resources you have where you live.
