I need advice. I am about to start a new job where I will be on the road (out of the state) for 2-3 months at?

a time and then be home for a week or so. I rent a house right now. I know I have to have some where to ';LIVE'; but will it be worth it to keep renting the house? Has any one been in this situation before? Money is not really an issue I just wonder if it will be feasible to keep the house. Any suggestions?I need advice. IF you are home 9-10 months of the year

[every day], why not keep the rental home?

Just make sure that you hire a security firm

to go by the house daily to check it out

outside. Have cams installed that monitor

every room-front yard, etc.

you want to insure a lot of stuff.

if you could open a biz like an assisted

care facility and hire a live in certified

person, you can win all the way!

[i could help you get the cert needed.]

otherwise, don't sweat anything

but keep attentive.

have the lawn cut or maintained weekly.

and the entire property UNDER

Confused here , I thought money %26amp; feasible were the same issue .

It can be hazardous theft wise , to leave a place vacant that long .

Theives can have it stripped clean of wiring and furnishings in no time .

Either move to a condo with maintenance %26amp; security

OR get a roommate you trust .

Good Luck with the job

I have a friend with similar situation (only home about 3-4 days per month if that) He decided to rent a small studio apt instead (lower expenses) because he's never home (just need a base to land sometimes)
rent to family or friends while you are gone..
