buy a belt.........watch youtube instructor videos........work on lunges, bosu ball squats, wall sits, calve raises, sliding board exercises, box jumps, balance beam, distance running, trap exercises i.e. shrugs, lat pull downs, tri-cep pull downs
JUST TO NAME 1% OF WAT U NEED TO DO FOR THOSE EXERCISES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I want some advice about power lifting?
